These terms govern your use of the Jian Cha Tea Unity Suite platform and franchise services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the Jian Cha Tea Unity Suite platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including franchise applicants, franchise owners, business development managers, marketing personnel, and administrators.

Account Registration
- • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
- • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
User Conduct
Prohibited Activities
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- • Submitting false or misleading information in applications
- • Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's operation
- • Violating intellectual property rights
- • Transmitting harmful code or malware
Application Process
- • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis
- • All required documents must be submitted for review
- • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application
- • Application fees are non-refundable
- • The review process may take 2-4 weeks
Investment Requirements
- • Investment amounts vary by package and location
- • Financial qualifications must be demonstrated
- • Additional working capital requirements apply
- • All investments are subject to franchise agreement terms
- • Territory exclusivity may be provided
Platform Fees
Platform access may include subscription fees, transaction fees, or usage-based charges as outlined in your service agreement.
Franchise Fees
Initial franchise fees, ongoing royalties, and marketing contributions are governed by the separate Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
Payment Processing
We use secure third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and acknowledge that payment processing fees may apply.
Our Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, functionality, content, trademarks, and software, is owned by Jian Cha Tea Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our proprietary technology.
User Content
By submitting content to the Platform (including applications, documents, and communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process such content for the purposes of providing our services.
Brand Usage
Use of Jian Cha Tea trademarks, logos, and brand elements is strictly controlled and governed by separate brand guidelines and franchise agreements.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security audits.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for business purposes and legal compliance. You may request data deletion subject to applicable laws and business requirements.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Business Results
We make no guarantees about franchise success, business performance, or financial returns. All business ventures involve risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external services.
We May Terminate
- • For violation of these Terms
- • For fraudulent or illegal activity
- • For extended periods of inactivity
- • At our discretion with 30 days notice
- • Immediately for serious breaches
You May Terminate
- • By closing your account at any time
- • By contacting our support team
- • Subject to any ongoing obligations
- • Data deletion upon valid request
- • Separate franchise agreements still apply
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or court proceedings in Bangkok, Thailand.
Limitation Period
Any claims arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, or such claims will be permanently barred.
